These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Understeer Crew website at understeercrew.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are

Our products

Understeer Crew sells sim-racing and motorsport-inspired apparel and accessories. Every item is printed to order — we don't hold stock — so please allow the production time shown on the product page before your order ships. Because products are made individually, small variations in colour, print placement, or material between what you see on screen and the finished item are normal and don't count as a fault.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you've selected using the currency switcher, converted from our base currency (GBP). The currency and amount you're charged is confirmed at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy that product; we accept your order when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.

Custom and licensed content

Some designs reference liveries, teams, or in-jokes from the sim-racing community. Understeer Crew is an independent, fan-run project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any racing team, game publisher, or brand referenced in our designs, unless explicitly stated. All original artwork and designs are the property of Understeer Crew and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide the Site and products as described, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can't legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
